10. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorisation number & original purchase receipt.
No Returns On: bib shorts and other under garments (unless deemed faulty).
Damaged & Faulty Goods:
We will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund.

Other reasons, such as wrong size/colour chosen:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please phone 03 5721 4519 within 5 days of receiving your order. We are happy to exchange your order but will not refund for change of mind.
Please Note: West End Cycles do not send goods on approval.
Returns & exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Have a return authorisation number (phone 03 5721 4519) or email wecycle@westendcycles.com.au.
- Packaged items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Clothing must have manufacturers tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed.
- Shoes must be in original condition and packaging, with no marks on soles.
- All freight is to be paid by the customer (please contact us to be advised which additional postage to purchase).
- A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged for the cancellation, return, or exchange of large orders.
- West End Cycles do not refund for change of mind and do not sell on approval.
